Toba World is a sustainable business consulting
service founded and established by Vivienne Eggers (Vivienne Tobassa) in 1996.
Vivienne's personal background and life interests in Spiritual Living, Culture Arts, Music, Natural Therapies, Environment
and Agriculture have eventually merged with a business training and career that has spanned two decades.
A description of therapies, pricing and a biography and philosophy of Spiritual
Healing is found by scrolling to the base of this page.
Vivienne's background includes over 15 years and a life dedicated to disadvantaged causes, people, places and planet
- supporting sustainable development, fair trade and international advocacy through philanthropic and general community care.
Senior education majored in Arts: Communications, PR, Media and Visual Arts
& Design. Vivienne utilised these skills and a Business Diploma to support executives and corporations in events
organisation, marketing, PR, fundraising and general management, eventually managing HR, Training and Business Admin
functions before entering into IT, Web and Strategy Change Management Consulting. Post Graduate qualifications are in
Leadership and Management, Sustainability Change Management and currently a Masters in Law programme.
Concurrently Vivienne focused her personal life interests and growth through music, arts, social sciences,
spirituality and natural therapies - studying various academic and life centred modalities, and obtaining diplomas
in natural health. Included Aromatherapy, Australian Institute of Counselling, Ursui Reiki Mastership, Cathartic
Connected Breath Therapy and various other cognitive science, social cultural modalities, exploration and studies in
multi-culture, traditions, anthropology, myth, ritual and heritage. Vivienne has one daughter.
In 1994 Vivienne established an early version of day spa and a community healing and empowerment centre
in Palm Beach, where she provided professional practice, developed workshops and continued corporate consulting, coaching and
instructional design. The centre combined an Arts Gallery and retail outlet that showcased Australian and International
Artists; hosted Spiritual and Tribal Leaders and professional practitioner and life facilitator events.
Vivienne founded a community and spiritual healing centre as the commencement of an international walk that has subsequently
led her to interact, support and network with people worldwide toward a project of PEACE - an anagram for "Preservation,
Education of Arts, Culture and Environment", and a blue print for sustainable culture institute and community that self
supports and gives back to worthwhile causes. This global work has in turn evolved and matured with the knowledge and
compassion of world peoples. In late 1996 Vivienne began in Hawaii an
international mission and commenced philanthropic and humanitarian work - taking residence in Glastonbury, United Kingdom
before returning to Australia in 1998 where her mission progressed more deeply with third world village cultures in
South East Asia. In 2000, Vivienne's business consulting and management commitments saw her return to the United
Kingdom, where she was based in London while also continuing creative and philanthropic pursuits with friends and professional
colleagues. In 2004, Vivienne returned via South East Asia to New Zealand and then Australia - where she now continues
to reside in a remote area of Blue Mountains near Sydney, NSW. She maintains her life passion for writing communications,
expressed and published through poetry, journalism, songs and now authoring a life-long exegesis of a uniquely evoked
existential rite of passage.
Vivienne's love of multi faceted expression
and diversely active life may be attributed to her being described as a "gifted and inquisitive" child in her formative
years by academics. Also possessing life long clairvoyant and spiritual gifts that have quietly been recognised
globally, Vivienne has provided spiritual welfare and empowerment services internationally for most of her adult
life - through her Nature "Goddess realisation" - personal Christian faith, affinity with Buddhism and general
openness to peoples of all faiths and creed. A specific interest in original and indigenous heritage has strengthened
the links to grass roots community charities and causes.

The emergent context from an holistic melting pot of life's
passage evolved sustainable business management and triple bottom line - to include whole of life sustainability - the raising
of consciousness and life balance in harmony with all life.
The Conscious Flow Club is the resulting ecommerce based business model that enables
the wheels of philanthropic funding to turn, while supporting and regenerating the sustainable and ethical business services
of our current society. Conscious Flow Club (CFC) is currently
a marketing services venture, primarily web based. Although major technology partner is based in the United Kingdom,
the international model is being piloted through a professional and civic minded team in Australia, with global contribution.
Due to balancing of life commitments we hope to bring this project to commercial fruition before close of financial
year, July 2010. If you would like to make contact with Vivienne or glean further information regarding CFC, please

About
Clairvoyance and Spiritual Healing:
By Vivienne Tobassa Eggers, Sumer Tara Blue
Lotus
Clairvoyance in the context
of psychic awareness loosely describes elevated extra sensory perception, often the term that consolidates all psychic attributes
such as clairaudience and clairsentience. Clairvoyance is the "seeing" element of psychic awareness. An opening
of sensitivity and awareness to enable a person to perceive psychically - subtle energies that are beyond what is currently
accepted as the "norm" for human society. In reality, what the norm is experientially and what it is in "mainstream"
society, is quite divergent. In other words humans, as animals are naturally instinctively psychic - and without
the trappings, distractions and desensitisation of modern living, synthetic chemicals, noise pollution, and "progress"
technology we might all possess heightened awareness of the "unseen" and subtle knowings beyond the veil - and indeed
do so in moments, and flashes of inspiration or dreams from time to time.
With
the knowledge that clairvoyance or psychic ability is innate in all man, one can quite easily decipher that to be clairvoyant
does NOT require one to be spiritual. Yet this is only true to a certain degree. When one accesses and applies
psychic ability, their container or limiting constraints are their own belief systems and intellectual truth. In ancient
Goddess, Huna and yogic systems, Christianity and Buddhism the path of spiritual realisation is taught as the focus of
intention. With the evolution of this consciousness, psychic awareness will naturally evolve. This coincides with
opening of what are called siddis or knowledge keys located at the energy chakra points of the "tree of life" in
the human being. With spiritual realisation, the quality of psychic ability surpasses anything attainable through means
of lower dimension, instinct and without enlightened empowerment.
Whether you
believe in reincarnation or not, there are those who are born unto this earth with a higher consciousness and psychic awareness
from birth. These gifts are held as spiritual potential, just as physically some are born with the gifts of athletic
or intellectual brilliance. Our modern society in first world or western culture has greatly discredited the spiritual
incarnate - quite possibly as it has been difficult for a system to control - just who will be born with this privilege,
unlike those of wealth and society who may foster their young into similar professions and economic favour. Yet, to
the artist, the great Muse is not forgotten, and the psychic and spiritual advocate has held a place with the creative "dreamers"
in our world.
In the dawn of a new age spiritual era, the fusion
of religious and spiritual practices has exploded into a DIY plethora of systems and teachings for developing and building
psychic ability, practising spiritual healing and the path to self enlightenment is freely taught. Most of these systems
are based on much older scriptures and culture - the face-lift and application of a new concept or new age twist enables
the marketer the opportunity to turn the system into a financial profit making opportunity. There may be less harsh
judgement on the healing system inventor when we consider the operation in a western capitalist context - they are simply
developing within the system itself. It is up to us to understand that if the origins of Drisana and Reiki have
been adapted from Tibetan Bonn and Shamanic healing practices and remodelled in a way that is marketable in the west - we
may still benefit from the healing that is focused from using that system as a therapeutic tool. With Spiritual Healing
- there can be no judgement on technique or tool usage - there is no one "real" method. No amount of
expense and training will qualify a Healer. Only the power of their focus and healing ability. For this reason,
how can a true Healer be accredited?
What can be taught is the client relationship
and counselling, the therapist approach to practice, risk management and medical and therapeutic implications of the healing
experience. You will find the best healers have spent many years learning many modalities from all over the world
and combining these skills in a unique approach that "works" for them. With all this background and experience
- should we question the charge of a Spiritual Healer? Do we question the charge of a Doctor? Some Spiritual Healers
are both. It is very much up to the individual, the value they put on a spiritual experience. Many will
think nothing of paying $100,000 for a car. Should they value any less a Spiritual Healer who may help them to change
and evolve, even save their life?
In ancient times, a Spiritual Healer might
be supported by community - and not require to earn financially. They would be appreciated and lavished with gifts from
those they supported. Now, the Spiritual Healer lives in the same society as all others. They have the right to
be abundantly rewarded for their years of training, skill and experience - and ability - just as all other professionals do.
If that Healer is truly on a path of spiritual evolution, their ability will be a testament that they can do nothing else
but live sustainably and give back of their good fortune. Finding a Spiritual Healer or validating a Spiritual Healer
is up to you. If you do not feel comfortable, find somebody whom you trust and believe in - just as you would do with
a Doctor or Dentist. Ultimately the learning and growing process will also be the result of the law of attraction and
your will - your clarity with what you are seeking and the level of belief you have that it can truly manifest.
With faith, all miracles are possible.
